  Not only does the person in charge have a blunted affect but he suffers from mental illness . I believe his poor work habits (Leaving work sitting on the shelf for months on end) "He probably uses drugs", information granted to me from Eric, the (The person presently in charge) he asked me for a way of getting a "connection' if I know someon . Poor to no servise, Bad Attitude!!!

  Did a great job transferring VHS-c to DVDs. Video quality was crisp and sound was clear. Highly recommended. I dealt directly with the owner and explained exactly what I wanted. Considered mailing my stuff to one of the on-line places, but felt more secure leaving our family memories with a locally owned store. The tapes couldn't be replaced if lost or damaged in the mail.
